Architect

Responsibilities:

To liaise with consulting Architect in the preparation of the conceptual design, preliminary drawings and sketches and ensure compliance with codes, standards and legislation as applicable.
To liaise with Consulting Architect on the drawing submissions and ensure timely approval from relevant Authorities.
To liaise with Consulting Architect on preparation of working drawings, specification and schedule of quantities and to prepare an estimate of construction cost.
To advise Management on the appropriate form of contract and the method of placing the contract.
To advise management on the adequacy of tender drawings and tender documents including mode of measurement, method of payments, quality control procedures and other condition of contracts.
To ensure that drawings are being correctly interpreted and finishing is of acceptable quality, and to keep management informed of the progress of work for each project implemented.
To advise management regarding the legal and financial implication on any deviations, alteration or omissions from approved drawings as well as any variation in the contract period.
To liaise with Consulting Architect and ensure that Completion and Occupation Certificate are being obtain timely from the relevant Authorities.
To coordinate site meetings between various consultants and contractors.

Qualification:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Planning & Design, or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience specializing in Architecture or equivalent.
Senior draughtsman with the relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

QAQC Engineer

To take charge of Quality Assurance/Quality Control and supervision at sites.
Implement the QA/QC management system at site.
Implement the company ISO 9001: 2008 Quality Management System.
Ensure the works on site are carried out in accordance to the contract specifications, drawings and any other technical documents as approved by the consultants.
To carry out day-to-day inspection on site and to attend to all site technical matters.
Able to work under pressure to meet with deadline.
Well verse in English (written & spoken), Mandarin and Chinese dialects will be an advantage.
Possess Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant degrees
